We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at €3 per month. We may offer a free trial period at our discretion.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If we offer a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. If you don't cancel, you'll be charged for the subscription at the end of the trial period.

By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize us to access your Instagram data as permitted by Instagram's API. You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Platform Policies.
We automatically refresh your Instagram access tokens to maintain service continuity. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your dashboard.
The Service is subject to Instagram's API rate limits and restrictions. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or interruptions to Instagram's API.
We provide Instagram data "as-is" from Instagram's API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Instagram data.
Your subscription includes unlimited API requests, subject to fair use. We reserve the right to impose rate limits to prevent abuse.
"Fair use" means reasonable usage that doesn't negatively impact other users. Excessive usage may result in temporary rate limiting or account suspension.
The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your Instagram content. By using the Service, you do not grant us any rights to your content beyond what's necessary to provide the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update the Service to improve functionality, fix bugs, or comply with changes to Instagram's API. We'll notify you of significant changes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
